No. Plenty of projects start with cabling alone, or just cameras. The advantage of one partner is that when you come back for the next piece, we already know how the building is wired.
Yes, and it's better when we're brought in early. Settling cable paths and IDF location before drywall saves real money. If you're already mid-build, we'll work with what's there.
Usually, yes. Cutovers and anything that interrupts phones or internet get scheduled around your hours. We'd rather plan that up front than surprise you with downtime.
We support it. Many clients move into managed IT after the build so the same team handles day-to-day support, but ongoing support is available either way.
