Client Portal Guide

Follow these quick steps to open a ticket with our support team through the Simply Technology client portal.

How to submit a support ticket?

Navigate back to the dashboard tab and click the blue “Open Ticketing” button in thr Support Tickets card.

Log in with your company email

Use the same email address associated with your account to access the ticketing system.

Fill out the request form

Describe your issue in detail and attach any relevant files, screenshots, or error messages.

Submit and receive confirmation

After Submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number for tracking.
