Step 1: Find Simply RMM
- On Windows, look in the bottom-right taskbar (system tray).
- Click the
^icon to show hidden icons. - Find the Simply RMM icon.
Step 2: Submit your ticket
Option A — Request Support Fastest
Jump straight into creating a new ticket.
- Right-click the Simply RMM icon
- Select Request Support
- Fill out the form and click Submit
Option B — Open Console Best for tracking
View active + past tickets from your device.
- Right-click the Simply RMM icon
- Select Open
- Go to the Tickets tab
- Click New Ticket
- Fill out the form and click Submit
What to include (so we can resolve it faster)
- What you were trying to do when it happened
- Exact error message (copy/paste if possible)
- Who is impacted (just you or others)
- When it started
- Screenshots (up to 3 if available)
