Step 1: Find Simply RMM

  1. On Windows, look in the bottom-right taskbar (system tray).
  2. Click the ^ icon to show hidden icons.
  3. Find the Simply RMM icon.

Step 2: Submit your ticket

Option A — Request Support Fastest

Jump straight into creating a new ticket.

  1. Right-click the Simply RMM icon
  2. Select Request Support
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit

Option B — Open Console Best for tracking

View active + past tickets from your device.

  1. Right-click the Simply RMM icon
  2. Select Open
  3. Go to the Tickets tab
  4. Click New Ticket
  5. Fill out the form and click Submit

What to include (so we can resolve it faster)

  • Exact error message (copy/paste if possible)
  • Who is impacted (just you or others)
  • When it started
  • Screenshots (up to 3 if available)
