Jamon is a former United States Marine Corps Data Systems Administrator. He supports clients with daily troubleshooting and is quickly expanding his skills in Microsoft 365, networking, and system configuration.

Parker is a Wayne State Computer Science graduate with experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, and machine-learning analytics projects. He handles advanced service desk tickets and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Thomas supports both technical service requests and inside sales, helping with quotes, coordination, and project assistance. His hybrid role makes him a bridge between service, sales, and operations.
Karlin manages billing, customer communication, agreements, payroll, benefits, and internal operations. She has been a core part of Simply Technology since 2019 and keeps the business running smoothly.
David leads operations, service delivery, and process improvement. With a consulting background, he brings expertise in systems design, project management, and business analysis across multiple industries.
