  • Information Related to IT Services will be retained, returned, or deleted in accordance with the applicable customer agreement, subject to our backup, legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

Without limitation to the above, personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate legitimate business purposes, such as audits, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As part of our backup and recovery policies, deleted data may be retained for an additional period in secure backups and will be deleted or overwritten in accordance with our backup retention practices.
